Preferred candidate profile:

The Managed Services Associate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end US insurance licensing and compliance operations for clients. The role involves managing licensing requests, reviewing regulatory documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of compliance activities.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of the US insurance producer licensing lifecycle and be able to manage various licensing transactions, including new license applications, renewals, amendments, affiliations, terminations, and other state-specific regulatory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks while meeting service-level expectations.
