Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking passionate Experts for International desks in Travel/Airline/OTA segments. The PSHD Executive will proactively manage service recovery, investigate incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate with customers to prevent escalations.

Location is Noida Sector 62 with 24/7 rotational shifts and 5 working days per week. Candidates should have at least 6 months in Voice/Email/Chat/Customer Support and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice/Email/Chat/Customer Support.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle voice/process for international travel-related support.
• Investigate incidents, coordinate with internal teams to resolve and recover service.
• Ensure timely customer communication and prevent escalations.

About the Role:
We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Experts for International desks within the Travel/Airline/OTA
segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team providing world-class support to
customers. The PSHD Executive is responsible for proactively managing service recovery for customer incidents
reported by Cabin Crew, Airport Operations Staff, and other frontline teams. The role involves investigating
incidents, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely customer communication, and preventing
escalations through effective resolution and service recovery.

  Shift: Rotational (24/7)
