NoBroker in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Support Executive / Telecaller (Voice Process) to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist with queries, and guide customers through their onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in Telecalling, BPO, Voice Process, or Customer Support.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Local Language (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu).
• Skills: Active listening, clear phone etiquette, problem-solving, basic computer knowledge.
• Must be comfortable with regular phone calling and daily outreach targets.

Responsibilities
