Capita, Mumbai-based, is hiring for blended customer service for a leading UK telecom brand. Fresh graduates or HSC with 6 months BPO experience are eligible. The role involves resolving billing and network queries via email, chat, and voice if required.

Shift is UK rotational with two rotational offs. Location is Vikhroli, Mumbai. This is a work-from-office, 6-month contract. Immediate joiners are preferred.
