Sterling Outsourcing is hiring for a US Health Care Voice Process position in Thane. The role involves handling inbound calls from patients, nurses, doctors, and pharma regarding orders, cancellations, refunds, and related queries.

We require excellent English communication, comfort with voice calls, and willingness to work night US shifts. Prior US healthcare/BPO experience is preferred, with a minimum of 6 months voice background.
