Job summary

Urban Company is seeking a FHC Quality Audit Executive to perform video audits of Full Home Cleaning services across India. You will evaluate work quality via room-by-room inspections, identify gaps, and guide providers on necessary corrections while ensuring customer satisfaction after audits.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication in English and Hindi, and comfort with phone/video calls and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with good communication.
• Comfortable with phone/video calls and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
• Prior experience in quality, customer support, operations, or auditing is preferred.
