Job summary

HTI Manpower Outsoursing Services in Bengaluru is seeking fresh graduates for a US voice-based insurance claims role. Freshers (2022+ grads, Grad/12th/Diploma only, no Masters) with strong English communication (B2 level) are invited to join a fast-paced team handling international calls from the US.

You will review, investigate and process claims, make decisions to adjust, deny or remit, and strive to meet SLA, quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers, Non-BE/B.Tech grads (2022+), Grad/12th/Diploma only, no Masters.
• B2-High English communication.
• Open to US night shifts.
