AutoVRse seeks a Customer Success Operations Associate to drive VR deployments from build handoff to live training across industrial sites in India.
You will coordinate procurement, vendor logistics, and multi-site rollouts, set up devices with IT whitelisting, and run train-the-trainer sessions to enable client staff. This role is client-facing, combines remote and onsite work, and involves travel across India.
AutoVRse builds enterprise VR safety training that is changing how industrial India learns. Our headsets sit on the floors of some of the country's largest manufacturing enterprises, turning high-risk safety training into something workers practice hands-on in immersive VR before they face a hazardous situation for real.
This is fast-paced work at the frontier of enterprise VR, an emerging technology reshaping the training landscape at the beating heart of manufacturing India. This role sits at the centre of it: where the technology meets the people who use it.

The Customer Success Operations Associate makes VR deployments happen on the ground. You carry a client from "build is ready" to "training is live": setting up devices at industrial sites, clearing them through client IT, training the client's trainers, and keeping everything running afterwards.
The role is client-facing, remote and onsite, with travel to client sites across India. You work directly with client safety leads, plant training managers, and IT teams, and coordinate internally across our project, engineering, and web teams to keep every deployment moving.
It suits someone early in their career who likes getting real things done in the real world, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in making complex rollouts run cleanly.
Own each deployment from the moment a build is ready. Coordinate device procurement and vendor logistics, track device readiness, and keep single and multi-site rollouts on schedule.
Provision VR devices at client sites and get them cleared for use through IT whitelisting and network setup with the client's IT and security teams. Run train-the-trainer sessions that leave the client's own staff able to deliver VR onboarding without you.
Be the first point of contact once a client is live. Resolve issues remotely, and travel onsite when a situation needs hands-on support.
Capture incidents clearly and consistently (score-sync and dashboard issues, module or rendering behaviour, delivery matters) and route each to the right team: project/delivery, web, or engineering. Apply judgment per incident, and help build the standard rules that make routing faster over time.
Keep a current view across every account (setup status, support load, open incidents, escalations) through well-maintained trackers. Be the person who always knows where each account stands.
You are a connector across the business:
You'll pick up the specifics on the job: Meta Quest fleet management, Unity builds, LMS integration (Moodle, SCORM), xAPI/LRS tracking, and dashboard analytics. Deep prior expertise is not expected at this level.
You'll work at the sharp end of an emerging technology and see your work land in the real world. Every deployment you run puts VR safety training into the hands of the people who use it. You'll grow fast, work across the whole business, and build a rare mix of client, technical, and operational skill early in your career.
If you want to be where cutting-edge technology meets real industrial impact, and you like being the person who makes things happen, we'd like to hear from you.
AutoVRse is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
