Job summary

Zippee is hiring a Customer Success Executive in Gurugram to onboard leading marketplaces and D2C brands. You will manage brand onboarding, build strong relationships, and coordinate dark store setup across cities.

Travel extensively for site visits and launches while coordinating with Operations, Tech, and Procurement to ensure smooth execution and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Coordination, or Client Servicing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across India.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• NOTE: You must have your own laptop.
