Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage international customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide outstanding support to clients, primarily from North America. This role requires dedication, ownership, and a strong focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Maintain high CSAT scores by effectively addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Own and resolve customer concerns, ensuring thorough follow-up and timely resolution.
• Communicate professionally with native English-speaking clients to deliver a superior experience.
• Offer end-to-end resolution of issues with clear, polite, and professional communication.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Near-native fluency in English, with excellent grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
• Neutral or minimal accent to ensure smooth interaction with international clients.
