Job summary

TP in Noida is hiring for an International Voice Process role. Location: Noida; Work from Office; Night Shift; 5 Days a Week; Virtual Interview.

You will handle international customer calls, resolve queries professionally, document interactions accurately, and meet quality and productivity targets while following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 6+ months of experience in International Voice / BPO or customer support preferred
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
