Job summary

Mastermind Network is seeking an experienced customer support professional to handle international calls and deliver outstanding service from our Delhi office. The role requires handling diverse accents and languages, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate CRM record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has 3-8 years in an International BPO or call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment.
• Excellent communication skills for handling diverse accents and languages (written & verbal).
• Strong knowledge of international calling processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from clients providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process customer requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivered first call resolution (FCR) to enhance customer experience.
• Resolving complex inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
