Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for customer support.
• Listen to customer needs, research issues, and offer solutions.
• Document detailed notes of interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling times and CSAT scores.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell Cerebra products and services.
