Job summary

Tata Capital in Pune is looking for a proactive sales professional to drive home loan growth. You will reach out to potential clients, explain the entire loan process, set accurate expectations, and build strong relationships to ensure business continuity.

In this role you will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, target monthly sales, convert digital leads to sanction and disbursement, and collaborate with builders and channels while keeping MIS up to date and compliant with NHB regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• Sales experience in banking/financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the home loan process.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, assess needs, advise, negotiate, and ensure disbursement.
• Hit monthly sales targets for assigned regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with connectors, builders, and channels.
• Convert digital leads into sanctioned loans and facilitate disbursement.
• Maintain MIS and track all leads.
• Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to grow business.
• Ensure compliance with NHB regulations and internal policies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loan while setting correct expectations
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyze their requirements, render advice, negotiate commercially, and ensure timely disbursement of loan.
• Achieve the Budgeted sales target from the designated regions on monthly basis
• Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business
• Ensure digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement
• Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS
• Identify and Develop New Builder/ channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business
• Strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
• Manage internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations.
