Digital Areo Pvt Ltd is seeking an onsite Customer Support Associate in Hyderabad to manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication with customers and drivers. You will handle calls, chats, and CRM updates, contributing to revenue and daily operations.

Applicants should have strong English skills, professional phone demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Zoho CRM and exposure to international customers is preferred.

• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and live chats promptly.
• Record, update, and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM with accuracy.
• Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details clearly.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations for dispatch updates.
• Handle queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Explain payment, cancellation, and refund policies clearly.
• Maintain records and follow SOPs for communication.
• Support follow-ups and lead conversions.

This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad, India.

• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and live chats quickly
• Record, update, and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM
• Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details with accuracy
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch updates

Requirements

• Must be based in Hyderabad, India
• Experience in taxi, transport, or hospitality customer service preferred

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools preferred
• Stable onsite work environment
