Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Uttar Pradesh is hiring for International Non Voice executives to handle international customer queries and resolutions via chat, managing 2-3 chats concurrently, and delivering high-quality support to global clients.

You will maintain CSAT targets, meet KPIs, and may upsell/cross-sell where applicable. The role requires excellent communication and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, with immediate joiner preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
