Aditi Consulting is seeking a data-driven professional who analyzes condition monitoring data, including S.O.S and inspections, to provide actionable recommendations to customers based on the data.

The role involves building collaborative relationships with dealer representatives, preparing written reports, and conveying verbal recommendations. Proficiency with Excel/Access is expected, and prior field troubleshooting in manufacturing or construction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Field/Troubleshooting experience in Machine, Automobile, and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g., S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history).
• Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data.
• Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel and customer-facing Dealer representatives.
• Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data.
• Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution.
• Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership.
• Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer.

• Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership.
• Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer.

Preferred Skills

• Field/Troubleshooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile, and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
