Qualifications

• B.Tech/Dip/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment and components for diagnosis and resolution of issues.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and implement solutions.
• Customer-centric approach to provide excellent service and address concerns.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and regional language.
• Time management to schedule service appointments and reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance during service work.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety assessments for every event and report unsafe conditions with photographs to dealers safety manager.
• Gather customer feedback and address concerns or questions about the service.
• Update customers on Cummins products.
• Identify required parts for repairs and generate leads while creating EFSR before customer sign-off.
• Collaborate with service advisors, other technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
• Ensure calling to Service Advisor after work completion to collect customer feedback.
• Be responsible for total service support.
• Stay informed about campaigns, repairs, field alerts, and training on new products.
