Job summary

ADCC Global is seeking a Condition Monitoring Analyst to analyse equipment and condition monitoring data, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations to dealer and customer-facing teams. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams across service and operations.

You will use MS Excel, Access and enterprise tools for data analysis, prepare technical reports, and translate complex technical findings into clear guidance for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse SOS, inspection, electronic, site and equipment-history data to assess equipment condition.
• Provide data-driven equipment and operational recommendations to Dealer representatives.
• Collaborate with Condition Monitoring teams, SOS Interpreters and Dealer representatives.
• Use MS Excel, Access and enterprise tools for data analysis and tracking.
• Support condition monitoring lead tracking, issue resolution and follow-ups.
• Prepare technical reports, findings and recommendations.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Apply field troubleshooting knowledge to support equipment-related investigations.

• Provide data-driven equipment and operational recommendations to Dealer representatives.
• Collaborate with Condition Monitoring teams, SOS Interpreters and Dealer representatives.
• Use MS Excel, Access and enterprise tools for data analysis and tracking.
• Support condition monitoring lead tracking, issue resolution and follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Condition Monitoring, Service Engineering, Equipment Monitoring or Predictive Maintenance.
• Field/troubleshooting experience in Machine, Automobile or Construction industries.
• Exposure to OEMs/dealers such as JCB, Cummins, Komatsu, SANY, XCMG, Schwing Stetter, Kobelco, Epiroc, Sandvik, Kubota, GMMCO or Gainwell will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace, Industrial Production or related engineering disciplines.
