Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Customer Service Officer - MF to support Inclusive Banking - MF. You will generate leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing, assess borrower income through field visits, and track repayments to ensure timely disbursement.

Based in the South zone (Branch 1275), you will work in Operations under Inclusive Banking - MF, delivering products efficiently and maintaining service standards through proactive customer engagement and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
