Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking an employee for frontline relationship roles in India. Under supervision, you will identify customers for potential business and gather required documents, validating them per internal norms.

You will log cases in the system, support disbursement processes, and help meet sanction ratios as needed. You will engage customers to meet requirements and cross-sell multiple products, while developing relationships with new vendors and ensuring adherence to Audit and RBI

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil the Sanction ratio as per organization requirement.
• Meet customer requirements & cross-sell multiple products, under guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
