Job summary

Tata Capital in India seeks a field-based banking professional to identify potential customers with guidance from a supervisor, gather documents, and validate them per norms. The role involves logging cases in the system, processing disbursement, and meeting customer needs while cross-selling multiple products.

You will also assist in empanelment of new vendors and ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify the customers for potential business with help of Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations
