Job summary

Tata Capital in India is looking for a field-based loan officer to source two-wheeler loan customers via dealers, showroom visits, and on-ground activities. You will explain schemes, interest rates, and required documents to customers and work to disburse loans within defined timelines.

You will maintain dealer relationships, track daily leads and conversions, and report progress to your reporting manager while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Source new two-wheeler loan customers through dealers, showroom visits, and field activities.
• Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Ensure login to disbursement within defined TAT & achieve monthly loan disbursement and income targets.
• Maintain relationship with dealers and generate repeat business.
