Job summary

Tata Capital is hiring in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh for an entry-level role focused on customer acquisition and end-to-end documentation handling. The role involves validating customer documents, logging cases in the system, and pursuing disbursement processes under supervision.

You will work to meet customer needs, cross-sell multiple products, and assist in vendor empanelment while ensuring compliance with audit and RBI regulations under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business under guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log cases in the system per SOP and follow processes for disbursement.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organization requirements.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• Empanel new vendors with the help of Manager/Supervisor and develop relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations with guidance from Manager/Supervisor.

• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
