Tata Capital in Indore is seeking a graduate candidate for onboarding and lending operations. You will identify customers, collect and validate documents, log cases per SOP, and assist in disbursement processes under supervision.

You will also cross-sell products, empanel vendors, and ensure RBI/audit compliance guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Degree holders preferred for onboarding and sales activities.
• Ability to collect documents and validate as per norms.
• Familiarity with RBI/audit compliance basics.

Responsabilités

• Log cases in the system as per SOP and process disbursement.

Job Description:

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
