Job summary

Tata Capital in Odisha is seeking a competent graduate for a frontline role in customer acquisition and financial services. You will work with a supervisor to identify customers for potential business, and collect and validate documents in line with company norms to enable smooth onboarding.

Additionally, you will log cases in the system per SOP, assist with disbursement processes, and strive to meet customer requirements while exploring cross-selling opportunities.
