Tata Capital Finance Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive for Personal Loans at Core Connect in Bhopal (Emerging Locations). The role involves assisting the Supervisor/Manager in loan disbursement with minimal delinquency and handling documentation and customer interactions under guidance.

The candidate should be an undergraduate or graduate in any discipline and will perform duties under the direction of the Supervisor/Manager, ensuring adherence to SOPs and organization norms.

Qualifications

• Assist in loan disbursement under guidance from Supervisor/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with help of Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate per organization norms.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
• Fulfil sanction ratio as per organizational requirements.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance.
• With Manager/Supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships.
• With Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance with Audit/RBI regulations.

To help the Supervisor / Manager for the disbursement of Loans with minimum delinquency. Under Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
