Job summary

Tata Capital in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a graduate to join our field operations as a Loan/Customer Associate. Under supervision you will identify potential customers, collect and verify documents, log cases in our system, and support disbursement processes.

You will aim to meet customer requirements, cross-sell products under supervision, and help empanel vendors while ensuring compliance with audit and RBI regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for prospective business with supervisor/manager.
• Collect documents from customers and validate as per organization norms.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organization requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance of supervisor/manager.
• With supervisor/manager, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• With supervisor/manager, ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
