Tata Capital Finance Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive for Personal Loans at Cochin. Working under the guidance of a supervisor/manager, you will identify potential business, collect documents, log cases, and manage disbursement processes while ensuring compliance with RBI regulations.

The role involves meeting customer needs, cross-selling products, and assisting in vendor empanelment to build strong relationships. Training and supervision will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance.
• Collect documents from customers and validate per norms.
• Log cases in the system and follow the disbursement process.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them.
• Ensure compliance to Audit and RBI regulations under supervision.

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager:

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
