Job summary

Tata Capital in India seeks a Graduate to support frontline operations under the guidance of Supervisors and Managers. You will identify potential customers, collect and validate documents, log cases in the system, and ensure disbursement processes follow SOPs.

You will work toward meeting customer requirements, cross-sell multiple products, assist in empanelment of new vendors, and help ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
• Ability to collect documents and validate as per norms.
• Willingness to work under supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers for potential business with guidance from Supervisor/Manager.
• Collect and validate documents as per organizational norms.
• Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organisation requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance of Supervisor/Manager.
• Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them; ensure compliance to Audit/RBI regulations.

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
