Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) with 1–4 years in Satellite Communications/RF NOC/Ops.
• Experience in Satellite RF NOC handling, media complaints, high availability, 24x7 environments.
• Knowledge of satellite networks, media operations, and teleport operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of ground communication equipment related to satellite ops and maintain logs.
• Monitor and verify downlink quality; measure Eb/No and C/N for TV carriers.
• Perform preventive maintenance of TV, RF, Power, and IT/IS systems on schedule.
• Coordinate with Satellite NOC for carrier-related complaints and system improvements.
• Conduct regular monitoring and performance measurements of downlink antenna systems.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints related to TV uplink/downlink services.
• Provide 24/7 technical support for equipment-related issues.
• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Special Achievement Reports.
• Generate technical reports, recommendations, and analyses for Headquarters.

• The role is responsible for Teleport RF Network Operations and Maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering(ECE) with 1-4 years of experience in Satellite Communications/Earth Station Operations/RF NOC Operations

Other Knowledge & Skills

• Satellite Communications/Earth Station Operations/RF NOC Operations
• Prior experience in Satellite RF NOC handling, Media related customer complaints handling, high availability, 24X7 environments.
• Knowledge of satellite network, Media Operations, Teleport Operations

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure proper functioning of all ground communication equipment related to satellite operations, including status verification and maintenance of operational logs.
• Monitor and verify the downlink quality of audio and video signals for all channels, including measurement of Eb/No and C/N parameters of TV carriers.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance of TV, RF, Power, and IT/IS systems through the preparation and execution of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Satellite NOC for carriers related complaint handling, and system improvement activities.
• Conduct regular monitoring, inspection, and performance measurements of all downlink antenna systems.

. Customer Support

• Attend and resolve customer complaints related to TV Uplink services, Downlink Services, and associated systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support for equipment-related issues, ensuring 24/7 operational support.

Reporting

• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Special Achievement Reports.
• Generate and forward technical reports, recommendations, and analyses as requested by Headquarters.

Others

• Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Special Achievement Reports.
