Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot network tools and equipment.
• Assist with and implement installations for new and existing projects.
• Perform terminations, testing, and labelling of common transmission mediums and hardware installations.
• Ensure SLA attainment and proactive maintenance.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, and operating systems.
• Conduct network security audits and periodic scanning.
• Document and track vulnerabilities over time; keep SOPs updated.

• The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment
2. Assisting with and implementing installations as required for new and existing customer and internal projects inclusive of
3. terminations, testing and labelling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations etc.
4. Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
5. Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, Servers, applications, and operating systems
6. Conduct network security audits and scanning on a predetermined basis.
7. Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes.
8. Timely upgradation of all the tools used and their related documents like SOP's etc.
