Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to drive private vehicle loan business in the Siliguri region. You will source customers, explain schemes and documentation, and ensure timely disbursement while meeting monthly targets.

The role involves farming dealer relationships, tracking leads, conversions, and staying compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Field activities and showroom visits will be part of daily duties.

• Source new Private vehicle loan customers through dealers, showroom visits, and field activities.
• Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Ensure login to disbursement within defined TAT & achieve monthly loan disbursement and income targets.
• Maintain relationship with dealers and generate repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Track daily leads, conversions, and report to reporting manager.
