Job summary

PeopleStrong in Haryana seeks a Graduate with freshers or up to 1 year in lending or financial services to strengthen branch performance. You will ensure process adherence and support smooth operations across branches.

You will promote products and services, cross-sell and upsell at every opportunity, conduct promotional activities to drive referrals, handle day-to-day transactions, maintain records, and work to improve customers' financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Process knowledge/orientation is preferred.
• Proven cross-selling and upselling skills.
• Ability to drive business development and growth.
• Strong communication in local language and English.
