Job summary

CraftMyPlate in Hyderabad is seeking a customer support representative for events catering. You will answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages, confirm order details, keep clients updated on delivery status, and coordinate with operations, kitchen and delivery teams.

You will resolve complaints quickly, record interactions in the system, and follow up after events to collect feedback. The role requires excellent communication and a proactive attitude to ensure a seamless event experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
