Job summary

BT Group in Kolkata is seeking a Customer Support Advisor (Voice) to handle inbound calls, understand customer concerns, and provide accurate solutions with empathy. You will manage escalations, maintain quality and satisfaction targets, and follow process guidelines to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year in voice or customer service/BPO.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling international customers preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
