Management 2000 Placements And Recruitments seeks a committed professional to support 24/7 operational customer service on a shift basis in India. The role involves responding to emergencies, supervising field teams, and ensuring timely coordination for swift issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will provide continuous customer support, attend to breakdowns within defined response times, and work on-site to oversee field ITS equipment locations and preventive maintenance guidelines.

24/7 operational environment.On-call availability for major incidents.

Periodic site visits to field ITS equipment locations. Develop N implement preventive maintenance schedules.Conduct routine inspection N health checks with proper given guidelines
