Job summary

PMC Commerce is seeking a diligent support associate to monitor critical systems around the clock. You will handle alerts, perform troubleshooting, and generate periodic reports for customers while managing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic desktop and MS Office knowledge, and comfort with remote servers. Rotational shifts are offered to cover 24x7 operations.

• Executing SQL queries as per customer requirement

Summary of the position:

This role demands attentiveness and adherence to process instructions and deadlines. Multitasking skill is the key requirement of this role. As process runs 24*7, rotational shift would be provided or can be changed as per the business requirements

Key accountabilities:

• 24*7 monitoring the health of critical web, data, retailer’s head-office & store servers, and tills.


• Alert monitoring that comes from customer system automatically, troubleshooting wherever required and escalation via email and phone.


• Periodic report generation & extraction for customers Troubleshooting issues within the prescribed scope.


• Executing SQL queries as per customer requirement.


• Due to 24*7 work environment, the person should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.

Skills and Experience | Essential:

• Good communication skills, Verbal and Written both, is a MUST


• Basic knowledge about Desktop, MS – Office and Window OS


• Basic understanding on remote server


• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and work effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

Skills and Experience | Desirable:

• Basic knowledge about Networking and Database management systems.
