Job summary

ICICI Lombard in Navi Mumbai seeks a Telecaller for outbound voice calls to explain insurance products and convert leads into sales. Freshers welcome; Hindi & English language skills required; basic sales knowledge preferred.

The role is on-site at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week and Sunday fixed off. You will build customer relationships, ensure smooth follow-ups, and contribute to achieving daily targets.

Qualifications

• Language: Hindi & English.
• Outbound sales experience preferred.
