Corporate Stalwarts is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer in India to drive sales and manage channel relationships in the Bareilly region. The role involves engaging with distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, influencers, and other stakeholders in paints and construction.
You will work to achieve sales targets, develop distributor and dealer networks, handle transactions, and coordinate pricing with internal teams. Willingness to travel within the territory is essential.

The role will involve regular engagement with distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the paint and construction ecosystem.
Achieve the assigned sales targets and business objectives for the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, and influencers.
Handle commercial transactions and coordinate effectively with channel partners.
Drive business development through regular market visits and customer engagement.
Coordinate professional pricing and commercial requirements with the relevant internal teams.
Address customer and channel-partner queries and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and product movement.
Submit regular sales, market-visit, and business-development reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper implementation of company sales, distribution, and customer-service processes.
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates aged up to 25–26 years are preferred.
Proficiency in local language is mandatory.
Minimum 5–6+ months of sales experience in the paints, chemicals, building materials, hardware, or related industry.
We prefer candidates with experience in channel sales, dealer management, or field sales.
Good communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a field-based role.
Annual CTC:3.5 LPA fixed + 1.0 LPA variable.
Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance: Provided separately as per company policy.
