CSB Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to lead business sourcing and relationship management in Ajmer. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end loan disbursement processes.

The role emphasizes managing and motivating the sales team, empanelment of new dealers, and ensuring compliance, documentation, and credit approvals. Hiring, training, and development are also key to achieving targets.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in sales/relationship management.
• Experience with loan disbursement processes and credit approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead business sourcing and relationship management across channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for end-to-end loan disbursement process.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Empanel new dealers and allocate resources to maximize reach.
