Job summary

CSB Bank is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship professional in Haryana/Panchkula to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, resolving inquiries promptly, and driving cross-sell opportunities for banking products.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant CSR experience, deep knowledge of savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
