Job summary

CSB Bank in Kerala is seeking a customer relationship officer to build strong relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and drive cross-sell of banking products. You will support branch operations and coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in banking, solid knowledge of savings, loans, and cards, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
