Job summary

CSB Bank in Kerala is seeking a customer relationship officer to build strong relationships with existing and new customers and to deliver service excellence.

You will drive sales of banking products, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations.

With at least two years in banking or finance, you will leverage knowledge of products and strong communication to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills.
