Job summary

CSB Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks a Branch Customer Relationship Executive to build strong relationships with existing and new customers, deliver excellent service, and drive banking product sales.

The role also supports daily branch operations, responds to inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and collaborates with teams to meet business goals while keeping records accurate. 2+ years in banking/finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills.
