Job summary

LAS Souls is seeking a CRM Executive for Light Art Studio to manage customer relationships, leads, follow-ups, and sales coordination. You will ensure data integrity in the CRM and support the sales cycle from enquiry to installation.

Key candidates will have around 3 years of CRM/customer service/sales experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp. Experience in lighting or interiors is a plus.
