Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong product knowledge and a positive customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help travellers find and book hotels.
• Assist travellers before and after booking.
• Build and maintain relationships with travellers and hotel partners.
• Manage profiles, confirmations, vouchers, login credentials, GST invoices, etc.

Major Jobresponsibility:

• Helping traveller to findand book the hotels.
• Aiding traveler pre-andpost-booking.
• Building and maintainingprofitable relationships with key travellers and key hotel partners.
• Managing Travellers andHotel partners’ profile such as booking confirmation, booking voucher,Login credential, GST invoice, etc.
• Resolving customercomplaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated onthe latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in theorganization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer baseby upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customerindividual needs and addressing these.
• Conducting business reviewsusing CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition andstrategizing accordingly.

Performing any other jobassigned by management.

Requirements

• Higher secondary, diploma,under graduation or post-graduation to a related field.
• Language proficient nativeand English
• A minimum of 1 years’experience.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoftapplications, google workspace ·
• Superior product knowledge.
• A team player withleadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitudefocused on customer satisfaction.
