Job summary

Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with Sales/Technical/Operations, monitoring CSAT and SLAs, and identifying upsell opportunities. Immediate joining is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, client or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in IT services or tech environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Track requests and tickets for timely closure.
