Job summary

ID Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a Customer Relationship Intern to engage with existing customers, gather feedback, and address queries. You will identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell products while maintaining strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and a customer-centric approach, is proactive, and eager to learn about our products. Fresh graduates are welcome; females preferred. PPO possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in BA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn about products and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to understand their experience with our products and services.
• Conduct regular customer interactions to collect feedback, suggestions, and satisfaction levels.
• Understand customer requirements and identify areas where additional products or services can add value.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers.
• Introduce customers to new and upcoming products and services based on their requirements.
• Identify and generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities from the existing customer base.
• Follow up with customers regarding feedback, requirements, product updates, and pending queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams to support product and service improvement.
• Contribute towards customer retention, satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements
