Job summary

the Sleep Company in Pune, India is hiring for a customer service/sales role in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers with mattress and sleep product choices, handle inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-store interactions, and educate on features, materials, warranty, and benefits.

You will follow up on leads, coordinate with delivery teams, manage returns and service requests, maintain CRM data, and nurture relationships to drive repeat purchases and referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (furniture/home products preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
